Allen GOP dinner to honor Coats

The Allen County Republican Party's annual Lincoln Day Dinner will double as a tribute to Sen. Dan Coats, R-Indiana, who will not seek re-election next year.

Coats will be honored at what is being billed as Indiana's First Farewell to him. Coats represented northeast Indiana when he was a member of the U.S. House in the 1980s.
