Kentucky, Indiana among states suing EPA

WASHINGTON —Kentucky and Indiana have joined a multistate lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency. Sixteen states have asked the President Barack Obama's administration to put its greenhouse gas limits for power plants on hold while they sue to stop them.
