JAMESTOWN, Ind. -
A Japanese auto parts supplier says it plans to invest $73.5 million in a 151,000-square-foot manufacturing plant near Interstate 74 in Jamestown.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says in a news release that Fukai Toyotetsu Indiana Corp.'s plant is expected to employ up to 195 people by 2017. Hiring will begin next spring. A groundbreaking ceremony was held Friday at the 40-acre site in Boone County, about 35 miles northwest of Indianapolis.
