With OrthoIndy’s improper disposal of medical records and the Anthem breach, the Attorney General’s office is reminding consumers to protect themselves, Call 6 Investigator Kara Kenney.
Kenney reported Thursday the orthopedic practice trashed patient documents containing social security numbers without shredding the information first.
