The 2023 State Dinner will be keynoted by Congressman and Republican U.S. Senate candidate Jim Banks, and will feature a special presentation of the graduating 2023 cohort of the Indiana Republican Diversity Leadership Series. Bowie, Maryland, Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilwoman Roxy Ndebumadu will provide remarks and present graduation certificates to the cohort.
